Enterprise Customers with Own API Keys
Enterprise customers may provide their own API keys or accounts for any sub-processor listed above, except Railway, as part of their tenant configuration. In this case, the customer maintains a direct contractual relationship with the respective provider.
These services are listed in the table above regardless of key ownership, because meeting data passes through Skrajb's backend infrastructure during processing. When customer-provided keys are used, Skrajb acts as a technical conduit but the customer's own agreement with the provider governs the provider's use of the data.
Notification of Changes
We notify customers by email at least 30 days before adding or replacing a sub-processor. Customers may object to changes in accordance with the Data Processing Agreement. If you have questions about our sub-processors, contact us at the address listed on aimm.se.
